Hi, I’m Bianca

Florida LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker SW19930

A woman with long dark hair sitting on a dark gray couch in a white outfit, holding a pen and a notebook in her lap, in a modern room with neutral decor.

My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I’m not here to fix you—I’m here to partner with you in your healing.

In our sessions, I’ll bring a mix of evidence-based tools (like CBT and ACT) and honest, real conversation. Together, we’ll:

  • Make sense of what you’re going through

  • Unpack and challenge unhelpful thoughts

  • Explore what truly matters to you

  • Build tools that actually work in real life

Whether we’re navigating anxiety, self doubt, or perfectionism, you’ll be supported with warmth, practicality, and zero judgment.

My core values

Authenticity

I believe in showing up as our full selves—no masks, no performative healing.

Empathy

You deserve to feel seen, heard, and deeply respected for who you are.

Growth

Like a flower blooming, your healing is a process—one we nurture with care, not urgency.

Collaboration

You’re the expert in your own life. I’m here to support, not direct

My Real Life

Outside the therapy room, I’m just like you—navigating life, figuring things out, and learning what it means to slow down.
 You can usually find me:
  • Relaxing with a good show (true crime and horror are my jam)
  • Cooking something from scratch
  • At either Universal Studios FL or Disney World
  • Bingeing cozy comfort content on the couch in a horror T-shirt
This balance of depth and realness is what I bring into my practice. Therapy with me is never sterile—it’s human, heartfelt, and grounded in everyday life.

People in Christmas costumes, including a person dressed as Santa Claus, an elf, and a woman with a dog, posing together in a festive setting.

If you’re ready to stop spiraling and start feeling more like you—therapy can help.
Let’s explore what working together could look like.
