Sessions are typically 60 minutes and most clients begin with weekly appointments. Frequency and session time can be adjusted based on your needs and goals as we move forward.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to the full session fee. I understand that emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up.
