  • In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll ask some questions about your background, your goals for therapy, and what brings you in. This is also your time to ask questions and share anything you feel comfortable with. The pace is always tailored to you.

  • Sessions are typically 60 minutes and most clients begin with weekly appointments. Frequency and session time can be adjusted based on your needs and goals as we move forward.

  • I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to the full session fee. I understand that emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up.
